Shipped direct from the warehouse with tracking.

Standard tracked shipping is $15.00 per order.

Orders ship Australia‑wide straight from our distributor’s warehouses in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA, usually from the one nearest you with stock. You’ll get tracking by email once your order leaves the warehouse. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier.

We can’t deliver oversized items to PO Boxes. If an item is out of stock after you order, we’ll tell you and you can wait, choose another item or get a full refund.

Check your delivery

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us within 24 hours of delivery at csteam@binaryelements.com with your order number and photos of the box and the item, and keep all the packaging. We need to report transport damage to our distributor quickly to fix it for you.
